Picked up some travel money today which made me an Indonesian Rupee millionaire. I will have to get used to the currency conversion.....

Apparently you get a better exchange if you change money over there but I didn't want to arrive with no cash.....just in case
Been having a practise pack of the rucksack and sorting out all the bits to take. I have HRT to take with me which I'm still taking a small (half dose) of....not completely convinced that I need it but I have enough with me for nearly a year so I'll see how it goes.
Toiletries will be of a minimum as I've managed to be a fairly low chemical user of late. Hopefully a smallish bottle of soap will suffice.
I should be having a pretty much continuous summer as Indonesia will be quite tropical and is the 'shoulder season' so changeable weather but warm and once in Australia & New Zealand it will be Spring - Summer.
Then South East Asia from January onwards - the places I hope to get to - should not be the wet season and hopefully will be warm. Then by May if I'm back in the northern hemisphere, it will be summer again.
Yay! so light summer clothes and a couple of jumpers....
I'm going to have a proper practise pack on Sunday so I'll add a photo then
....and just checking over all the details & ensuring I have all the right Visas etc. Indonesia requires a health pass check which you do online and can only be done 72 hours before arrival
